John Campion, the Police and Crime Commissioner for West Mercia, has finalised and published the West Mercia Safer Communities Plan, outlining his commitments for the next four years.

- Policing with the community - ensuring visible and accessible policing to improve public confidence and satisfaction.
- Supporting victims and witnesses - ensuring victims feel supported throughout the criminal justice journey and are regularly updated, and bringing criminals to justice.
- Maximizing resources and value for money - identifying efficiencies and smarter ways of working without compromising on delivering a quality service.
