She is also locum for Worcestershire CALC and currently looking after Belbroughton and Fairfield Parish, as well as undertaking various other locum roles in the past.Ruth is Associate Trainer for Worcestershire CALC and a member of the Internal Audit Team.She is passionate about local government and the parishes she is clerk to, as the first tier of local government it is wonderful to see what a difference can be made in our communities. She is also a member of the Society of Local Council Clerks and has been elected to represent Worcestershire on their Forum. Having started with a BA(Hons) business studies degree she has added the cherished CiLCA qualification along the way and is now recognised as a fellow of the Society of Local Council Clerks, FSLCC. Passionate about the difference parish and town councils can make to their communities, Gill also provides training support to various county associations along with an internal audit service.

After a family relocation she is now is the Clerk/RFO for Lapworth Parish Council and Burton Green Parish Council in South Warwickshire. Helen achieved her CiLCA qualification in 2019 and is a member of SLCC and the Internal Audit Forum.
