Five Ways to Wellbeing eLearning – Although predominantly focused towards health professionals, similar to MECC mentioned above, this training is designed to support learning on engaging with clients/ patients/ service users about the things they can do to help improve and maintain good health.

Worcestershire Health Champions - Health Champions are people who, either out of personal interest or as part their role, volunteer to help share information about local health information to help improve the health and wellbeing of their communities. Champions are supported by a monthly newsletter, a dedicated and update webpage, opportunities for training, campaign resources and toolkits.

Worcestershire Health Walk Leader – Become a health walk leader to lead walks in your area. Training sessions help you to:
- understand the role of a walk leader
- be clear about some parts of running a safe and enjoyable walk
- know that walking is good for us all
- how to help others overcome barriers to joining a walk
- gain the confidence needed to lead a health walk
- meet each other, share ideas and concerns about walks

Adult Mental Health First Aid – As a MHFAider® you will be able to:
- Recognise those that may be experiencing poor mental health and provide them with first-level support and early intervention
- Encourage a person to identify and access sources of professional help and other supports
- Practice active listening and empathy
- Have a conversation with improved mental health literacy around language and stigma
- Discuss the MHFAider® role in depth, including boundaries and confidentiality
- Practice self-care
- Know how to use the MHFAider Support App®
- Know how to access a dedicated text service provided by Shout and ongoing learning opportunities with MHFA England
