The 'Our Community Can (OCC) Legacy Toolkit' is to guide you through the process of delivering a Taster Session in your community to establish sustained activity with the help of your residents. A Taster Session gives residents the opportunity to try out new activities. This toolkit is informed using the reflections and learnings from the OCC project which was led by Active Herefordshire and Worcestershire, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and aimed to support with community led physical or creative activity to decrease loneliness and social isolation.
