The 3Ms is the second of two training sessions for councillors who have at least six months' experience of being a councillor. During the 3Ms presentation we shall look in more detail at the procedures for council meetings, the council's responsibilities for managing risk and for managing money including making sense of the impact of the council precept on your council taxpayers.
