Mental Health at Work

Mental Health at Work

This session will cover an overview of CCLA corporate mental health benchmark work.  Sharing best practice and leading discussion on mental health across local councils.

The session will include how to empower your Council to have a meaningful conversation about mental health and to improve organisational policies, practices and culture.

It is becoming increasingly clear that it is hugely important and beneficial to support the mental health of not just employees but councillors too.  Did you know that 70% of employees say that they have experienced poor mental health because of work.  Valued and supported staff members are more productive, will stay with the Council longer and deliver the best outcomes.
