Webinars are given by Roger Taylor, a consultant solicitor with Wellers Hedleys.  He has been advising local Councils for over 40 years in all aspects of practice and procedure.  He is the current editor of Local Council Administration and the Clerks Manual and advises a number of County Associations and other local council organisations  He gives webinars on specialist subjects relating to local councils.
