10:00	Clerking 1-2-3 Session 2 Financial Regs, Standing Orders, NDP, Zoom This session for new clerks and those wishing to refresh their knowledge, will outline the roles and responsibilities of the Council as a whole, covering the Clerk, Councillor and Chairman. Ruth will explain Standing Orders, Financial Regulations and statutory documents and their importance. She will also cover the election and co-option procedure, and touch on neighbourhood plans and planning.
