Clerking 1-2-3 Session 2 Financial Regs, Standing Orders, NDP,

This session for new clerks and those wishing to refresh their knowledge, will outline the roles and responsibilities of the Council as a whole, covering the Clerk, Councillor and Chairman.

Ruth will explain Standing Orders, Financial Regulations and statutory documents and their importance. She will also cover the election and co-option procedure, and touch on neighbourhood plans and planning.

This is the full course for CiLCA, we no longer offer individual units - the course must be signed up for as a whole.  The course fee includes all the required units and is covered Bi-monthly over a 10 month period.  

 

Unit 3 10.00-1.00 with 10 minute break.
