Aimed at an introduction to parish and town councils and your role within the council,  giving you the confidence to guide your council and carry out your duties lawfully.

Giving a background to our sector and demystifying the confusion as to who does what in local government. Explaining the important role of the Clerk, tools you require to carry out the job competently and lawfully and the different types of council meetings. Ending with how to write precise factual minutes.
