Face to Face Clerk's Gathering Wychavon Area
We would like to welcome you to a face-to-face Clerk's Gathering at Pershore Civic Centre
This event is for clerks only
The main subject of discussion will be the English Devolution White Paper which will have an effect upon all our councils
Just before Christmas, Central Government announced the next wave of local government re-organisation for the Country. This time it includes Worcestershire. Things will be changing quickly and radically in the County in the next 2 years. There will be opportunities for Parish and Town Councils to do more, should they wish. There will also be more reason for Parish and Town Councils to engage and communicate with their communities.
Come along for our first briefing on the subject.
Chris will be hosting this session and presenting the information thus far, and hoping to answer all your questions.
We look forward to seeing those of you who can make it .
