Hagley Parish Council is looking to seek an extra member of staff in the clerks’ office to assist the Parish Clerk and Deputy Clerk with the day-to-day functions of the Council.
Hagley is a busy, forward-thinking Parish Council which owns and manages many amenities in the village including the playing fields, play equipment & skate park, cemetery, allotments, library, certain street lighting and the Hagley Pavilion.
The successful applicant will have a varied workload and will be required to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to prioritise work, adapt to new or demanding situations and manage deadlines is key. The post holder should have a proactive, can-do attitude.
The post holder must have previous experience of working in an office environment and will need to have excellent IT skills specifically with the use of Microsoft Office products.
The role is 15 hours per week working on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am – 2pm (to be agreed) and is based at the Hagley Pavilion.
