Suckley Vacancy for Parish Clerk & RFO



SUCKLEY Parish Council is seeking to appoint a new Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer (RFO).  Our ideal candidate must be well organised, able to use their own initiative and have strong administrative communication and financial skills and an interest in community matters.

This is a permanent part time vacancy (approx 10 hours per week) and the Clerk will be required to attend all Parish Council Meetings, which are generally held every two months on a Monday evening (plus occasional extra Planning Meetings).


Salary:  Based on NALC’s SCP current salary scale.  Negotiable depending upon relevant qualifications and experience.  Training will be available as required.

Start Date:  1st October 2022, but availability required during September for handover.
