SALEWAY PARISH COUNCIL


 

Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer 

 

Saleway Parish Council would like to recruit a Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer. Employment is for 5 hours per week and is paid according to the national pay scales.

 

Meetings are held on Wednesdays, on a bi-monthly basis. The current clerk will leave the council's employment at the end of July, so there will be the opportunity for a handover period. The council will support all necessary training.

BROADWAS AND COTHERIDGE PARISH COUNCIL

Parish Clerk and RFO

Broadwas and Cotheridge Parish Council would like to recruit a parish clerk and responsible financioal officer.  Employment is for eight hours per week, paid according to the national pay scales.

Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month, except for August and December.

The current clerk will leave the council’s employment at the end of August, so there will be the opportunity for a handover period.  The council will support all necessary training.

Longdon, Queenhill and Holdfast Parish Council Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer

The Parish Council is seeking applications for the above post for a minimum of five hours a week. Applicants should be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience of working with committees plus knowledge of maintaining a website would be an advantage. Any training necessary will be made available. The duties of the Responsible Financial Officer are to maintain the financial records of the Council as required by law. Until such time as the Parish Council has an office the successful applicant will work from home and appropriate computer hardware and software will be provided.
The salary will be according to experience and qualifications and will include pension and holiday pay. All meetings are held in the evening usually on the first Monday of alternate months.
